What did my year look like: A Retrospective

Purpose

This activity allows participants to reflect on and share, in an engaging manner, their professional progress during the year with colleagues.

Description

A picture is chosen by each participant to represent their professional progress over the current year. A slideshow is then created with all of the pictures and participants are invited to guess whose picture is being shown.

Context For Use

This activity can be used at any end of year school or board team meeting, or with students.

Tips

  • These pictures should be chosen and collected by the facilitator in advance.
  • Participants should know and trust each other.
